Cyberculture - The artifacts that are created by the displacement of World 3 (as referred to by Benedikt) through technology (Richards, 1/9/12). It is culture as a result of fast communication over mediums such as the Internet, movies, television, etc.

The term, cyberculture, was first used in the 1960's to describe the implicit intersection of technology and culture. The use of sci-fi languge allows for the inclusion of 'cyborg' related topics and materials when discusing a culture founded in a virtual space.
